Congrats to Alaskans Charles Earnshaw, Kenneth Felber, and Caleb Kuntz for representing our State and making the trip down to the BTUSA Nationals in Bend. Great job guys!!!! Charles placed 3rd in the Freestyle Division. Results.

	Welcome to the The Southcentral Alaska Beard & Moustache Club on the web. Our club was founded in 2003 to extend the annual Mr. Fur Face competition at the Miner's and Trapper's Ball into a year-round celebration of competition and comradery. Members include former Mr. Fur Face title holders , World Champions, and world class competitors. The Mr. Fur Face beard and moustache competition has been an annual event in Anchorage, Alaska since 1950. Face it--beards and Alaska just go together.

	A grand round of applause for the Lions Club for all of it's hard work to ensure another great Miners & Trappers Ball on March 7, 2010. Full results are now posted!


	Special thanks to the HandleBar Club of London for a great 2007 WBMC (results)! The Southcentral Alaska Beard & Moustache Club did quite well at this contest held in Brighton, England. George Haskins took 2nd in the English Moustache and David Traver took 3rd in Full Beard Natural with Styled Moustache. It was a great showing for Beard Team USA overall as they took home four 1st place titles and had several 2nd's and 3rd place finishes.
